I just wanted hot soup. It was room temperature in the tureen. The worker said there was no way to heat up the bowls since there was no microwave. She offered a refund. Then, at the suggestion of a fellow worker, she said she would put the two soups in a pot and heat them up. Ten minutes later she returned, put the soups down and quickly left, saying as she left, I should let her know if they were not hot enough. Well, they had not been heated up at all. She never returned to check on us and had disappeared the entire time we were there. My husband and I were the only people in the restaurant. This young woman obviously did not have a clue on how to behave with customers.
