Not as good as Fow Fou Ramen - Edit
I don't know if it was due to the fact that they were out of vegan broth and I had to order one thing on the menu or be without a dish, or if the food usually is bad here. The cold udon noodles were slimy and chewy and not at all good. The sea weed was sliced up and put on top and then there was a soy sauce on the side. The spring onions did nothing to the taste. It honestly was so underwhelming. The sea weed tasted like salmon crust which I've never had before eating ramen or similar dishes. It felt like it was prepared in a way to enhance the fish taste. Also, why add warm vinegar to your dumplings? It feels like such an untraditional seasoning should be mentioned in the menu so you can opt out.

They have vegan options labeled clearly on the menu where it is available. There are several soups to choose from, plus the wonderful sides like steamed spinach with peanut sauce. Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant is clean. Food very tasty by the way…
