Michelin restaurant - Edit
Copenhagen has over 20 Michelin restaurants and this is my absolute favourite.

Beautiful, interesting food - Edit
I organised a work dinner here for a large group comprising vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters. If you tell them in advance they will create a menu for you. The food was delicious - everyone was very impressed. Great service too. Not cheap - even by Danish standards!

The food was outstanding! You need to tell the crew in advance that you are coming, and they will put together an amazing menu! It is a Michelin restaurant, so of course the price is high

One of the best meals I've had here in CPH - Edit
We arrived back to Copenhagen after a trip away from the city, and it was somewhat of a challenge to find a place where the kitchen was open past 10pm, as I was dreading another night of MAX Burgers (very nice vegan selection, but maybe not two days in a row). I called Formel B up to ask if they had a table for us and could cater to vegans, to which they replied yes.
Read moreWe arrived 20 minutes later, and they served us a delicious 4-course dinner, including dessert. I believe the price was 130 DKK per course, which seemed very reasonable for this quality of food and presentation. The food was absolutely beautifully presented, and I would very much recommend it, but the next time I'll make sure to have better time, as it is the kind of place you want to eat slowly, savor the flavors over wine and nice conversations.
Perfect for celebrations of any kind, and nice occasion for dressing up, but we were welcomed all the same in t-shirts and shorts.

Best Vegan/Vegetarian friendly place in Copenhagen - Edit
So this place has no real vegetarian or vegan courses on the menu. BUT if you just tell them they will make these superb fine dining of the highest level of vegan/vegetarian dishes. It is strange that a 1-star michelin has no menus for these fantastic creations. I have been now 3 times with the same result. Order a tasting menu with 4 or 5 courses and you will see miracles.
