Vegan Breakfast Sandwich was good - Edit
I had the vegan breakfast sandwich several times and found it to be quite good. Parking was easy, they take orders by phone and it’s ready quickly.

Chocolate Orange Cakewas amazing! - Edit
I got the vegan breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel and a butterfly pea flower tea lemonade. It was very good, especially the bagel and the vegan aioli.
Read moreI also got a slice of chocolate orange cake to go and had it for dessert at dinner. That was super good!

if nothing else, go for the coffee - Edit
i got the vegan cream cheese on an everything bagel. it doesn’t taste anything like cream cheese, but it was delicious. it’s cashew based, and is more similar to hummus than cream cheese. the peppermint mocha is definitely the best i’ve ever had. if we could give half stars i’d give a 3.5, i’d definitely go back but it wasn’t the best i’ve ever had so i don’t want to go up to 4 (the highest i can give on happy cow because they aren’t fully vegan - i’m unsure how they have 5 star reviews)

Can we talk about the cake? - Edit
While the vegan sandwich is the best, can we talk about the vegan orange cake? Moist, not too sweet, and covered in chocolate ganache. WOW. I never get tired of it. Do yourself a favor and get a slice.

Third wave coffee and great breakfast option - Edit
Another vote for the vegan sandwich aka the "Soy Vey." A thin slice of vegan bacon on top of a tofu egg which is made from a slice of marinated spiced tofu. Great, fresh vegetables. And the bagels were out of this world!

Soy Vey! - Edit
The Soy Vey! was AMAZING! Every part of the sandwich was out of this world! I think it’s worth the relatively high price.

Their Soy Veh is delicious - Edit
Their bagels are really good.
Read moreThe hummus not so much. Too much salt and really spicy which I don't like.
One time they under toasted the bagel and was not enjoyable with the amount of hummus they put on.
The Soy Veh on the other hand was absolutely amazing. They put quite an interesting spin on the "egg" part of the sandwich. It's expensive though. $8 dollars for a breakfast sandwich
Pros: New spin on the vegan egg, Delicious bagels
Cons: Very Expensive for a breakfast sandwich

Hipster vibe - Edit
This cute spot is located in downtown L/A and is a gem for the city. Parking is a little difficult but I always opt for one of the two parking garages nearby that are free under 1hr. I got the soy veh bagel sandwich, a little pricey at $8 but delicious. The bagel included house made vegan eggs, fake bacon, greens, tomato and aioli. Bagels are nice and crispy on the outside but chewy on the inside. Delicious. There is tons of seating and lots of goodies for sale like local drinks, cage free eggs, candies, chips, etc. I definitely got a huge hipster/trendy college student vibe but thats not surprising as Bates is about 20 minutes away. Definitely will be returning!
