Serves meat, vegan options available. Locally owned bistro and lounge offering two vegan options on the regular menu and an occasional vegan soup of the day. Vegan menu choices include a sumac cauliflower dish with cashew cream and a carrot salad with cashew yogurt. Open Mon-Fri 3:00pm-9:00pm, Sat-Sun 10:00am-9:00pm.

Great meal!

I got the sumac cauliflower dish and it was great! We were so happy to find vegan options in Driggs. The service was awesome, the happy hour deals (daily 3-5pm) were perfect. I do wish that for the price of the entree ($28) it would have come with a simple protein element (fried tofu or seitan for example). That would have really knocked it out of the park!

Restaurant with a great vibe, lots of vegetarian options and just a couple vegan

This restaurant had a great vibe and atmosphere. Two options on the menu were labeled vegan, and the soup of the day happened to be vegan, too (sweet potato soup and coconut milk). Only bad experience we had was requesting the falafel burger vegan (no cheese or taziki), but the kitchen still buttered the bread. So if you plan to order something marked vegetarian with changes, just be very clear. That said, you’re safe with the options clearly marked on the menu!

Pros: Having vegan options in the back country , Atmosphere & location

Cons: Staff forgot to not butter bread, Expensive
