Amazing - Edit
We both got the big surprise platter. It came with an onion soup, various oven-baked vegetables, salad and a sort of toast with vegan salmon, made of carrot. It was all delicious!! I got the vegan hot chocolate with oatmilk with it, and other than it being kind of an odd combination, it was great!

Lekker eten - Edit
Goed concept. Biologische levensmiddelen uit de regio en van het seizoen. Het eten ziet er goed uit en smaakt heerlijk. Keuze uit vlees, vegetarisch of veganistisch menu. In onze groep zat alles erbij en iedereen was heel tevreden.

Great concept - Edit
We looked for a place for lunch and found foodvia. There are a lot of charming things inside, such as small notes about healthy and sustainable food on the walls, dries flowers, and the option to write something on the toilet wall.
Read moreThey have a 'eat whatever is served'-concept, which means that you just only a lunch or dinner, without knowing what you will get. We ordered the very affordable small vegan lunch (you can choose between meat, vega, and vegan). The food was served very quickly. All the vegetables were locally grown and the bread was also made locally (and brought to the restaurant by bike). All this information is on the menu, very cool. Aa desert, we ordered the vegan cake and we got a pear cake with lemon curd. It was a bit dry, but it tasted and filled really good.
Overall, we felt as if we ate very healthy (this is a pro for us) and the staff was very nice. We would come back here.
Pros: Clear vegan options , Affordable , Local products
Cons: Location

Surprise dinner and pleasant ambiance - Edit
I heard about this restaurant and concept. They serve local products and you can only choose for vegan/vegetarian or meat. You can either opt for the 3- or 4- course menu. The dinner they serve changes weekly and on Wesnesdays (first day of the week) prices are a bit reduced and you are invited to make suggestions. The presentation of the food was lovely. In loved the starter and dessert. However, the Indian-style main was a bit bland and dry. Possibly, only using local products might be more suitable for European cuisine.

My favorite restaurant in town - Edit
I like the concept of a fixed menu with a meat, vegetarian and vegan option. The vegan option seems more like the basis then an afterthought. They use mostly local ingredients and have a signpost outside of their preferred suppliers. Original dishes with fresh flavors. Went there with flexitarians and they also loved it (even preferred the vegan option one time). The host is very friendly and is open to suggestions, there is even a dine and talk Wednesday where you can give suggestions for the menu for the rest of the week (with a discount). Good awareness of allergies and common taste preferences (like cilantro). The chef likes the natural flavors of the dishes to shine instead of over using salt and sugar.

Delicious vegan and local food - Edit
The place is really nice and cute and staff kind. The menu is not so elaborate, simple but with local ingredients and all the dishes can be easily made vegan. We went for lunch and the “surprise” dish of the chef was super tasty!!!
