Make sure to check out the specials. The soft tacos were heavenly! I usually come for the homemade feta in the wonderful grain bowls. My husband is there for the burgers. Beautiful photography inside. We always stop here on the way to New England. Port Jervis is an up and coming town that is getting better and better. Super high quality food at affordable prices. Wish they were open later and more days but I understand.

I loved it! My husband who isn’t plant based loved it too. For non-plant based eaters, I noticed a big concern is flavor and Fogwood and Fig checks that box off. Both sandwiches we tasted had a medley of flavors and texture that create a beautiful symphony in your mouth. I love the way they combine foods, combos I wouldn’t have thought of myself, to create a new culinary experience.

The best homemade vegan burgers - Edit
Lots of thought and love goes into the food at Fogwood & Fig. Their menu is thoughtfully curated with flavors that compliment each other. All of their ingredients are extremely fresh and mostly or entirely made in house. Have tried almost every item on their menu and have never been disappointed. When you sit down to eat there, your order comes out within minutes, it’s honestly impressive. My favorite is definitely the Fogwood Smoky Burger. Keep an eye on their specials and desserts!!

I had the Korean BBQ burger with kimchi and my husband had the flirty burger. Mine was so delicious, it had notes of ginger in the kimchi I think. The flavors were paired together so well. I honestly am so glad we stopped here today, it was a great find!

You don't have to be vegan to enjoy the incredible food served at Fogwood + Fig. I can't seem to find the words to properly describe the utter deliciousness. It was more of an "Mmmm!" moment at first bite. I ordered The Flirty Burger which was...well, just look at the pictures on their website. Insane! It was a masterpiece of smoky goodness. My friend enjoyed Alice's BLT with the same enthusiasm. We both had the very comforting Ginger & Lemon(?) Iced Tea and we shared Creamy Mac & Cheeze and Potato Salad with Dill. YUM! Too much food, I know. We just couldn't help ourselves. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The cafe is adorable and immaculate. It's a beautiful ride to Fogwood + Fig in Port Jervis, NY. Definitley worth the trip!

This was a complete gem of a find. The owners and staff are extremely welcoming and kind. The food was delicious and super fresh. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I plan on returning often. The potato salad was fantastic, the salad and burgers were brilliant. Gluten free bun was a bonus!

I recommend the flirty burger and the Mac. I wish they were open more often though. Perfect if you are visiting any of the animal sanctuaries in the area.

God this place is good. Staff is super friendly and kind, service is fast, and the food is delicious. Such a perfect balance of nice fresh flavors and savory filling meals. I love a veggie burger that is A VEGGIE BURGER and not some weird lab experiment and their mushroom-lentil-rice patty definitely hits the spot. For our first trip we got a few sandwiches with some sides of Mac and cheese and potato salad. Everything was delicious and satisfying - the potato salad was so good I didn’t even wish it was French fries! Will definitely be coming around regularly

I’ve been going to Fogwood Fig since before I was plant based, maybe 3 or 4 years. They have the best food! My staple is the Patty Melt, if I haven’t been there in a while I will order that. The Mac & Cheese is delish! I’ve enjoyed pretty much everything I’ve ordered. Plus this is the only place I’ll order dessert. Absolutely love their food and the atmosphere. My favorite restaurant

Fogwood Fig is an incredible little vegan cafe in cute downtown Port Jervis. The atmosphere is cozy & inviting and the staff is friendly. We had the whisky burger, a BLT, chips with queso and a side salad and we loved it all! They do amazing things with cashew cream; it features heavily on the menu and for good reason. There are rotating specials and desserts, and most of the menu items can be customized to your taste. We ended our meal with a chocolate cheesecake and a chocolate yogurt & granola parfait. Both were outstanding. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

The staff are awesome and food is fantastic. I have been following them since Diana sold her vegan burgers at renegade and the Milford farmers stand before they started this restaurant. I love that cashew vegan dip besides the burger patties that use mushrooms and lentils as well as spices. Thank you. This is the only vegan restaurant where I live (an hours drive) and always worth the trip.
