Amazing, the best Farinata and Focaccia ever

I was told to try the vegan Farinata and focaccia specifically in this region of Italy and this blew my mind. The staff were so helpful and many vegan options made fresh daily. We made a special trip back the next day for more it was so good. We missed out trying the Tarto Vedure as it was sold out, looked so vibrant the day before.
