Delicious, bountiful, fresh - Edit
The buddha noodle dish was served piping hot with plenty of tofu and veggies. I loved how hot and fresh it was. My daughter who is not vegan ordered the Singapore noodles and she loved her dish which was also piping hot flavorful and delicious.

Not many options, not great - Edit
Only one vegan option, and it really wasn't great. Flavor ranged from bland to odd. Server was very nice and attentive regarding vegan options, though. Many sides also use fish sauce in them so you can't have those either.

Be careful! - Edit
Substituting tofu or veggie as your protein does NOT make it vegan! They only have one fully vegan option! Most of their sauces and bases have fish, pork, beef, and chicken in them! Just ask or stick with the one fully vegan option!

Fantastic Spice - Edit
Went here with my non-vegan family and was blown away by the taste, texture, freshness, and spice of all of the options on the menu. Even with our own tastes, we were able to all enjoy the Asian-blend (with tofu substitutions)

Great! - Edit
The food was really delicious. I got the signapore noodles with tofu and it was fantastic, though the noodles were slightly over cooked. The menu listing has a “V” next to it and I’m not sure if that’s vegan or vegetarian but I told the waitress and she told me it would be made vegan. I also tried the Buddha noodles (also has a V next to it) and they were good as well. The service was also very quick. No app options were vegan or even vegetarian I believe, the edamame dumplings have a ponzu sauce which has bonito flakes (fish). Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Meat in my food - Edit
After carefully asking if everything was cooked separately and not getting anything tofu because it is cooked with the meat . I found a chunk of meat in my food . Not happy

Good food! - Edit
Flying Monk Noodle Bar is located in a central area of downtown Savannah and east to get to. A good portion of the menu is either already vegan or easily made so. But make sure you ask because some dishes have fish oil in them even if it's not stated. I think most of the soups are not vegan and can't be made vegan, but they should tell you. Our server seemed knowledgeable about which dishes were suitable and which could be made so. We had the edamame dumplings, Singapore noodles with tofu, and one more dish I forget but we liked it all.
