90% of menu is vegan (marked with a v). A few things are made with buttermilk, and server even said he could ask them to bake with oatmilk. Not necc, since there were so many things to choose from. The menu doesn’t really show the size of dosa and I’d forgotten they’re huge! Server explained spiciness levels. They have everything from bland through super spicy. Wish we had one in my hometown! This was worth a drive downtown, as the other was temporarily closed while we were here.

I was skeptical when I walked in, but the staff is seriously so nice and the food is wonderful. She recommended I get the Magic Masala Dosa since it was my first time. I was worried it wouldn’t be enough food and she said it’s very light but also very filling. She could not have been more accurate. They even let me taste test their floating idlis. They were wonderful. It’s a simple place and simple menu but it tastes SO good.
