Fluffy Rabbit Cake♡♡♡ - Edit
I was on my way to work at an office nearby and took a bit of a detour to stop at Mike & Patty's at Flourhouse Bakery. There are 4 vegan food items I could clearly find on the menu: 1) Vegan Breakfast Burrito 2) Vegan Classic breakfast sandwich 3) Fluffy Rabbit Cake and 4) English muffins.

The burrito was fresh and delicious, flavorful with a hint of heat from the pico and salsas. Making a lot of breakfast burritos, I think its a solid choice. I am not sure it was as rich and cheesy as I would have liked. I could not tell if the vegan gouda was present. I also noted I have a cashew allergy, so they may have omitted it if it were cashew based. Would like to try the Vegan Classic next time!
I have not tried the english muffins yet and will update my review when I do. I am freezing them for the weekend when my yo eggs show up :D
Cold brew was delicious! I think the real star of the order were the Fluffy Rabbit cakes, moist and of course fluffy. Naturally made vegan. The bright pink frosting has a nice tart flavor and very delicious!
To find the bakery, it is up a short driveway off the road. It is branded as Flourhouse in case you are looking for Mike & Patty's. Parking may be difficult, with metered street parking. If you are ordering ahead, you may be able to pull into the driveway to temporarily run in and out.
