Worth it for the pastries

I stopped by here both on a Saturday and Sunday and it's been packed both times, so if you want to get some of their delicious pastries, go early!
Flour has a few vegan pastries, a hummus sandwich, some sort fo grain bowl that can be made vegan, and occasionally a daily soup or entree special that are vegan. I tried their hummus sandwich and did not particularly like it, though my boyfriend was fine with it. They also took forever to prepare the simple sandwich, which was not surprising based on how packed they were, but the final product was not worth the wait. It's a good option if you're in a hurry and this is your only food option, but definitely not a reason to go to Flour.
The pastries on the other hand, are worth a commute. I've tried their vegan chocolate muffin, their seasonal March carrot muffin, and their seasonal April banana chocolate muffin. All of them have been delicious! The chocolate muffin in particular I adore. It's rich, and fluffy, and very, very chocolatey. Highly recommend.

Cons: Crowded, Slow service, Insufficient seating
