Tasty 4-course dinner

The kitchen managed to put together four dishes that will wow anyone. Very good culinary stills and lots of creativity, the chef dares to make exciting combinations. What a joy, and what a pity that these folks don't do an all-vegan menu - they are clearly more than capable!

Pros: Excellent service, Exciting presentation of the food, Delicious and fresh flavours, local ingredients

Cons: Non-vegan menu (default), no clear vegan dishes

Course #4 dessert - the raspberry pearls were quite special! A delicious dessert full of complementary tastes and textures, I wanted to lick the plate at Florent le Bistro in Utrecht
