Serves meat, vegan options available. Bratwurst restaurant but does have vegan hot dog variety in chipotle and regular with occasionally a Italian one. Vegan hot dog can be combined with the signature dogs such as a "Flippers way" with ginger, cucumber and avocado (minus the cusabi dressing which contains dairy). Or build your own hot dog. Staff is versed in what is vegan. Porch is dog friendly. Open Tue-Sat 11:00am-12:00am.

Cute place with some good options - Edit
The vegan brats were yummy! They had 2 on the menu, plus some hot dogs, plus build your own. The place was full of pinball machines and was a super fun atmosphere. The 2 vegans in my party enjoyed it. :-)

Many vegan options - Edit
Flippers is a fun place with many vegan options, ranging from vegan brats to vegan tacos and nachos. Highly recommend. They have different menus for brunch and Sunday afternoons, but all their menus contain vegan options. Nice patio for outdoor dining with shade.

Hit or miss apparently - Edit
Came here twice to try out their vegan options - first time we left without food because even though they are open until 12 their kitchen closes at 10. Second time was on Sunday and they only have a brunch menu. Waitress said her vegan friends get the waffles but then came back and said the waffles actually have eggs? Very confusing. So basically their brunch menu does not have any vegan options. They are closed on Mondays so I never got a chance to try their food. Hopefully next time we come to Lubbock I will have a better experience and be able to bump up this rating.
Read morePros: Vegan options but only on certain days, Cool atmosphere, Large drink selection
Cons: Staff is not knowledgable, No vegan options on Sundays, kitchen closes at 10
