Hit/miss - Edit
I really like that it’s an all veg/vegan menu, but I just didn’t find the food too good. We visited twice and both times I just found the food fell a bit flat. A good choice if you need an easy option, but nothing to rush too.

Eat while watching folks climbing, why not😄 - Edit
I liked this place a lot, the mall it's in is kinda cool and hip with a climbing gym running through the middle of it.
Read moreOn a whim I ordered a drink that I had no idea what it was. Blue Butterfly Pea Tea (iced). It was so good I went back a different day for another😄
I had the Lions Maine satay skewers and a noodle dish. That was a lot of food for one person, but it was very tasty.
Ordering through the app was a bit strange but it worked. Then you go up and pay at the counter.
Pros: extensive menu

Big menu - Edit
I don’t often feel compelled to share menu pictures, but in this case, I had to—the selection is immense! With such a vast array of choices, there’s something to satisfy everyone’s taste.
Read moreOrdering through the app posed a bit of a challenge, but we managed to navigate it eventually. The water and rice were served almost immediately, within a couple of minutes. However, they were just okay and seemed to lack any real passion or flair.
The gyozas were delightful, though we had to request soy sauce separately, which was a minor inconvenience. The salad stood out, especially after a day filled with heavy meals. It was a refreshing change—light, tasty, and surprisingly satisfying. I believe it’s a dish that would appeal to most diners.
The most challenging aspect to review is the setting. Situated in an open mall, the ambiance felt somewhat off. It’s not a reflection on the restaurant itself, but dining with people passing by on the escalator or watching others rock climbing in plain sight was a bit odd.
Despite this, I would still recommend Flavours for a family meal or a gathering with friends. The food deserves a solid 4 out of 5, though the setting only warrants a 2.
Overall, Flavours is worth a visit for the food, even if the environment isn’t quite ideal.
Pros: Big menu, Food, Lots of vegan options
Cons: Big menu

Unable to do gluten free - Edit
I traveled all the way to the restaurant but they said plant based food is all made of wheat, which is incorrect and it looked like most of the menu was naturally gluten free, so I had to leave without ordering! While I couldn’t try the food I feel it’s important to leave this review somewhere for any other groups traveling with a gluten free person, you should try another restaurant, because the server was adamant all the dishes contained gluten.

Enjoyed it - Edit
Expansive menu but I came here on a recommendation so the work was done for me in deciding what to order. I went with the lion mane satay as a starter, and the recommended vegan orh luak. The satay was outstanding. Mushrooms cooked perfectly and the sauce was extremely delicious. I definitely recommend this. Next came the orh luak which I enjoyed as well. Very mushroom heavy at this restaurant to ensure you’re ok with that.

Local Fusion - Edit
The Saute Group's eateries are among the few Halal-certified vegetarian eateries in Singapore. Flavours By Saute mainly features local fusion dishes. Very vegan-friendly and menu is clearly labelled. My favourites are the vegan orh luak (in different variations) and curry dishes; my non-veg family and friends like the food too! Pretty healthy as their rice dishes are mixed with quinoa, and many dishes have an option to indicate preferences like less oil. They have weekday lunch sets as well as a membership system. Conveniently linked to City Hall MRT.

Service and food disappointing - Edit
Drinks arrived within minutes but waited 1 hour for the food to arrive, thought it was the crowd but actually they missed our order. Gonna minus the star for the incompetency.
Read moreFood wise: Mushroom cutlet is just 80% breading with very thin slice of mushroom that is extremely tough to bite through, feels like eating just breading. Barely any seasoning, taste like bread. Curry was standard, only had potato nothing stands out. This portion size and ingredients for the price is expensive, even the soy milk, one small tea cup for $4?! when it's $1 in most places, robbed. Minus 2 stars
Place is overrated, no idea why it's recommended by happycow.

The service was rushed and the food was very average. I feel like it’s only so highly rated because it’s the only vegan place in the near vicinity.

Good variety of options - Edit
They had a good range of options, noodles, Chinese style dishes, pizza, pasta which were good but not as flavoursome as other vegan options we had in Singapore. I would say that the price was a little expensive for the quality of the food.

Less Than Wowed - Edit
Given that this is one of the most highly rated place in the city, I was expecting far more. Though not awful by any means, I don’t think the food justifies the price tag. To be fair, the Nanyang curry soup bowl was fantastic and the kolo mee truffle yuba was flavoursome, but the gyoza were disappointing, the cutlet platter was underwhelming and the ice cream was very icy.
Read moreI only went here as my first two options for the evening fell through and I would probably advise people that it should also be their third (or fourth) option.

Massive menu, everything was listed very well. The staff were lovely. The curry was soooo spicy and probably a bad choice for myself. The rest of the food we ordered was nice.

Like how they have so many cuisines. Staff are very friendly and they don't have service charge. Laksa pasta is my favorite and must try.

Also pak choy and lots of coriander. Glad my bf ate the dish. He had Spicy Ramen which he liked (i think they were okay). Noodles were overcooked and broth a bit plain.
Chili tofu was delicious.

Good range, but lots of egg and dairy - Edit
FOOD OPTIONS: This place has quite a range of cuisines - burgers, pasta, baked pasta dishes, Asian food and pizzas. However compared to other places in Singapore, they use a lot of dairy and eggs. Sometimes these dishes can be made vegan, but often they can't.
Read moreSEATING: It was weird that we asked to sit towards the back, on the comfy booths but they said those were reserved for staff, even though they were all available. So we had to sit at the less comfy booth with no cushioning.
FOOD: Ordered the hash brown balls (these were just tater tots/potato gems, but still nice). My partner got the pineapple fried rice - not bad, but we've definitely had better and it didn't come in a pineapple which is the best way to serve it. I had the baked tomato and shroom pasta with vegan cheese and cream. This was AMAZING! If this was all I had, and it was all vegan, I would give this place 5 stars. Wish they would go all vegan.
Pros: Variety of food, Amazing baked pasta, option for vegan cheese
Cons: Can't sit on comfy booths, Not all vegan

Tasty choices, but cross the river if you have time! - Edit
Good dry ramen, and lots of vegan options, but $12 for a meal is 3x the price of a bunch of places in Chinatown right nearby! This place is I n a more expensive part of the city.
