Fish and cheese on tarte flambées - Edit
The food is delicious, BUT first we got cheese on one of our tarte flambées. I asked the waitress, if she could ensure, that our next tarte flambées are all vegan. After that we got brittle on our food, which we didn’t order and where I’m not quite sure if it was vegan or not because it’s sometimes made with milk powder. So far so good, the restaurant was quite crowded, so this can happen. But then our next tarte flambée had shrimp on it. This really shouldn’t have happened. So be aware that it’s a great restaurant in general, but that you can’t be sure about getting only vegan food.

Big selection, great All You Can Eat offer and surprisingly accommodating to vegans - Edit
This place has one salad on the menu, the other ~40 items are all tartes flambée. And you can try a lot of them if you take them up on their All You Can Eat offer.
Read moreSo here's how that works: you tag a bunch of friends along, agree on a tarte, share the tarte from the same platter and order the next one, either right away or whenever you're ready. You can continue as long as no more than 1/4 of a tarte remains on the platter. The great part: even if your companions are all omnivores, as long as you can agree on the vegan creme as base (and why wouldn't you, it's really not much different than the dairy version), the staff will happily prepare one section of the tarte to be free from animal products. One half of the tarte Arrabiata (bacon, tomatoes, olives, chili, garlic) with smoked tofu instead of bacon? No problem. Your companions want the tarte with sweet cream, raspberries, amaretti crunch and custard? The staff will be sure to spare one quarter of the tarte from amaretti and custard - trust me, it's still delicious. And if you want a tarte the others don't want and they want one you won't eat? The staff doesn't mind prepping one just for you.
The concept is simple and honestly not that special. But what has surprised me and why I will give this place a full score was the professionalism and courtesy of the service team, proactively making suggestions on how they can (partly) veganize a tarte. Even if you are reluctant because you don't want to be viewed as complicated in front of your companions, the waitstaff will dissipate your doubts. In contrast to other places that serve omnis, I've never felt like I needed to double-guess if what they served was vegan or not. All in all I felt very welcome and I'm definitely looking forward to returning again.
Pros: Great staff, Outside seating, All You Can Eat option
