Love this shop!

This shop is an Oasis in a Vegan food desert! It has everything from personal care products, through vitamins, to whole foods, and even Vegan junk food! I pop in whenever I can for staples like Tofu, Vegan cheese, Hemp Milk, Nutritional Yeast or Tahini, and the owner is always amenable to finding and ordering things if I ask. I’ve managed to cut down my internet shopping through switching to what’s available in Flame Lily, and haven’t been disappointed in anything I’ve had from there. So grateful to have it!

Pros: Lots of Vegan options, Foods, supplements and personal care products, Great location on High Street

Cons: Not completely Vegan
