Solid road trip option

Mojave has limited vegan-friendly restaurants and this is probably the most affordable option. It's brand new and clean inside with friendly staff. The menu is very basic, with a surprising number of vegan options plus four sauces to choose from.

It is fast food, so the flavors are simple and the veggies are overcooked, but not bad in a pinch!
