Appalling, definitely avoid if you have any dietary requirements

We have received several pizzas that were not as ordered from Firezza. The last one was a "vegan" pizza that came covered in dairy cheese - which could make someone really sick. We've reached out to request a refund many times: phoning the branch itself, trying to get through to a manager (impossible), ringing the contact number on their main site, using their main site contact form, emailing the specific customer experience email address. No response from any. Clearly they do not care at all and will continue to act irresponsibly.

Cons: Get orders wrong, Terrible customer service, Dangerous for dietary requirements
