This place is easily the best around us - Edit
I don't really know what I'm talking about as I've never even been to Spain, but I'm guessing neither have many of the people that might ever read this comment, so take my opinion for what you will...
Read moreWe eat there all the time, it's easily the best for the distance (granted we live right next to this place, but still it's legit). The dishes are small and usually come pretty fast, but tastes good quality, so I still feel like it's good value, and good for sharing a variety of dishes.
One thing I find interesting since moving to Vegas is that even though we go around different types of places (including nicer looking ones like this), though we're dressed the same as at mom and pop joints in Honolulu, you see all kinds of people there but we're all welcomed.
Pros: Lots of nice little Spanish (Spain) dishes, Great service (also food usually is pretty fast), Looks nice (atmosphere), has patio for when nice o
Cons: Music might be slightly loud for quiet conversatio

Great veggie paella - Edit
You must order the veggie paella it is absolutely delicious. Great vegan and vegetarian options for dinner, brunch on the other hand has very little for vegans.

Great selection! - Edit
We found this suggestion on the Happy Cow App, and were so glad we chose it. Firefly has a separate menu with vegetarian options, but specified which items can be made vegan. We had the paella, patatas bravas (spicy), and “crab”cakes.. all which were delicious.
Read moreWe visited on a Friday and it was packed. We waited about 30 minutes, but the service was pretty decent except for when we were waiting for our check. The server was very good about asking us about dietary restrictions. If you need to dance off the food and are looking for a fun night after dinner, I’d suggest staying because they have a dance floor in the front that plays Spanish music (mostly salsa).
*caution: some of the drinks have egg whites-it will tell you, but make sure you read the descriptions thoroughly*
Pros: Great traditional vegan tapas, Separate menu , Filling (paella is standard-big)
Cons: Loud and packed , Service could be improved a bit more

Delicious food, pricey - Edit
We really enjoyed the food here, all of it was delicious. We got a table straight away. It’s a lively place but informal. The fishcakes (minus the fish!) were divine, as was everything else we ate here. They’ve really thought about how they can make the experience a great one for vegans with well thought out and tasty options. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic late night food. - Edit
Being vegans in Vegas can be challenging given the all-hours environment, most vegan places close well before 11pm.
Read moreLuckily we found Firefly, we had a fantastic drink there, followed by some awesome fries, and then a very tasty and well-done paella, that hit the spot. Kind of intimate setting, nice staff, wasn't very busy, and open late. Will eat here again when I am in town next. Would give this place 5 stars if it was all vegan/vegetarian.
Pros: Unexpected vegan dishes, Open late, Great drinks

Yumm! - Edit
Lots of vegan menu items, or at least plenty that can easily be made vegan! Great spot and it’s open late.

Awesome! - Edit
Ask for the vegan/vegetarian menu. It is separate from the normal menu. Lots of delicious options! Hearts of palm "crab cakes" were my fave.

Hip Tapas Dining - Edit
Firefly recently launched their new vegan and vegetarian menu, so we took our company out to dinner to check it out! It's a bit heavy on the potatoes and I really wish some of my favorites from my omnivore days were veganized, but all in all they offer a great selection. We had the lychee ceviche, fries (boring), papatas bravas, artichoke toast, and roasted vegetables. Believe it or not, those roasted veggies were THE BEST THING! So so good!! Something about how they prepared them. Definitely order that!
