A Wonderful Two-Fer Experience - Edit
The Firefly Cafe and the Charlotte Street Coffee Shop are in the same interior space connected by an open door. I had a Just-Egg Bagel Sandwich from the cafe and coffee and a brownie from the shop. All were prepared nicely with excellent quality and taste. We ate inside. There were 4 tables inside and another two on the street. The building inside and out was nicely decorated with high ceilings. Extra added bonus were the local crafts, the plants and the various spices and prepared foods available for sale. Outside a Boyertown Bear , one of over 40 located throughout the town, is there to greet all visitors.

I always love a fully vegan menu. I enjoyed a breakfast sandwich and my husband got a burger. Both were huge and tasty. Loved all of the vegan food items they had for sale also. They had such unique products that I’ve never seen elsewhere, even at Whole Foods or the local natural store. Great atmosphere and cute location too!

We got breakfast sandwiches from them, and they were packed with flavor, the bun was amazing, the tofu scramble excellent. The smoothies are so good.

The food was fabulous. I had the buffalo chicken seitan sandwich. My wife had a mozzarella pesto beyond burger. Our sandwiches and our side salads with homemade dressings were fantastic.

Staff was helpful and engaging. We got our orders in just before closing time and they was no rush.
The decor of the space provided for a warm atmosphere.
Understandably, it’s take out only. Looking forward to coming back when sit in dining returns.

The negative reviews on here are totally phony. We came here when they first opened and were absolutely blown away by the food. Ended up becoming our usual go-to spot and the staff are ALWAYS super pleasant. Got to know them and can honestly say they're some of the best people. The atmosphere, the food, the vibes, the people: all 11/10. This spot is a must in the area.

I was so excited to try this place and love to support fully vegan restaurants. What can I say? I looked for an online menu so I could order in advance, but unless you are on Facebook, you’re out of luck. I thought, no biggie, I’ll stop by, order and wait for it to be made. The person working (my hope is it wasn’t the owner because as a business owner I can’t imagine being this rude to a customer) came to the door and said I needed to call if I wanted to order. I explained why I wasn’t able to and her reply was, “well, I don’t have paper menus and you have to call.” Uhhhmmm, what? So confused as to how I’m supposed to magically order something from a menu I can’t access. She didn’t even give me ideas off of the menu. I don’t know how this place is in business. Will not be back. Ever.

Disappointing vegan sides and small main courses - Edit
Cozy and fun room. The two side options are tostitos blue corn chips (can easily have them at home) or a side salad which is JUST lettuce. No salsa for the chips, which would at least elevate a simple side. Vegans should be killing the salad game, but a handful of greens they took from a container and plopped on a plate- boring. Their dressing was good, the reason I gave it two stars. I got the black bean burger and it was more the size of a slider and they forgot the special sauce for it. Overall, I was disappointed.

this is such a great place that is BYOB friendly as well! they have weekly specials which I usually go for. my husband loves their breakfast sandwiches! they have gluten free options as well. I love their burritos with the cheese sauce on it as well! completely vegan. they have a store directly beside their café too which has 100% vegan and eco friendly items! small, kind of pricy but worth it.

After eating vacation/holiday food for the past week, I was beyond excited to try out Firefly, and they did not disappoint. If I’d known about their Air BnB I would’ve figured out a way to linger longer! The food was super tasty and quite filling. The healthy serving of fresh spinach accompanying my gluttonous breakfast sandwich helped balance out the flavors and calories- heehee. We liked it so much we ordered dinner to go after eating lunch! Smoothies were fun too!

Check out their Loft for a vegan overnight stay! - Edit
You have to visit this restaurant if you are anywhere near Boyertown. They also have a gorgeous roomy Loft that is an amazing place to stay overnight. The restaurant and loft are both very romantic but also totally family friendly and my kids love the food. The owners are amazing people.

I NEVER write reviews, but I love Firefly so much that this is my first. I have been there with my daughter and husband many times. We are never disappointed....ever feel like doing a happy dance when you eat?...then this is the place! Absolutely delicious and vegan...you can't go wrong here.

I love Firefly! It's a very nice space and the service was friendly. I had the pastrami and cheese special with sauerkraut and it was awesome! My mom had a BBQ jackfruit sandwich and she loved it.

And, within the month they are opening the Firefly Outpost next door.
I only wish I lived closer!
