The ‘Vegan Sandwich’ - Edit
Firebird hope is based in the food and entertainment hub, The Hatch. Firebird hope offers a chicken burger and a vegan burger, as well as some drinks. This is easily the best Vegan burger I have ever tasted. ‘Triple 6 Vegan Sandwich: (home-made seitan fillet, polenta crust, sourdough, agave slaw, koji mayo, fast pickles and hot sauce)’. They are currently on ‘The Dealer’, an app which gives discounts for local restaurants. They currently have 20% off on the app 2pm-7pm Wednesday-Sunday (may change). Download the app and type in ‘JAKEV’ on the referral page and I’ll be able to go back for free 🤤. SERIOUSLY WORTH A TRY!! 😍
