Vegan protein potions here! Menu is clearly labeled with V for vegan options. Many items are marked as available for substitution to seitan (like salads). Seitan flavor and texture is great. Spicy peanut sauce is the best one! They also have vegan ranch.

Wow!!! This place is a new favorite!! Some of best Seitan and vegan ranch I’ve ever had in my life!! The seitan wings are amazing! So many sauces to choose from, you can mix them together too. The spiciest one is el jefe and it’s so good!! There’s a happy hour special for wings too! And Monday is 5$ drinks, some good cider on tap. Most delicious vegan wings I’ve ever had!! Fries are good too. The ranch is on point!!!

I know it's tempting fellow vegans, but I definitely recommend going the cauliflower route over seitan at this location. And I say this as a pretty big fan of seitan. Vegan sauces are clearly marked & you can sample them!

Fire on the Mountain offers a variety of vegan options in addition to their omni stuff. The gyro is great, the wings are my go-to, vegan green chili, etc.
Read moreThey offer a daily lunch special, 6 or 9 seitan wings, choice of sauces, fries, drink. They'll mix and match the sauces, the spicy peanut is my favorite but learned today that if you order half spicy peanut and half habanero raspberry, it's a PB&J.
Photos show a gyro with fries, and the other photo is a Jamaican Jerk lunch special with an order of the cauliflower wings.

Get the seitan, it's sooooo good. We got the loaded Fries but it wasn't worth the extra to have the green chilli's on top. I recommend just normal Fries.

Best Seitan Wings - Edit
The seitan wings here are the best & so addicting! I haven’t found a place in Denver that compares honestly. All the different sauce options are a plus. Vegan items are also very well labeled, it’s very easy to order from here.
