A great beach cafe on the Sandown to Shanklin promenade. They serve gorgeous smoothie bowls and the majority of these are vegan, they also serve a vegan breakfast and some vegan brunch options. Some dishes can be adapted to be vegan.

Great vibe with good vegan options - Edit
We shared a soul bowl with falafel one lunchtime with a cocktail and beer. Loved it so much we came back the next morning for a mermaid bowl each for breakfast. Breakfast has an array of vegan bowls (including a favourite - Açai bowls)

Tasty but pricey - Edit
Vegan burger and vegan sandwich option, and we couldn't find anywhere else in Sandown with even one vegan option when we went. Got the burger which is panko coated mushroom burger with a sticky glaze with fries. Super tasty. Had quite a long wait for food and seating is outdoors. Pricey, but tasty for sure!

I had the vegan cooked breakfast which was delicious. I also had a nutty professor smoothie which was lush! I saw next to me how amazing the vegan smoothie bowls looked. Great view of the sea whilst eating!

We walked along the sea front from Shanklin and Fins beach cafe is just before you get the Sandown! Nice place to sit and have a rest and some vegan food available.
