Sneakyyy - Edit
Low key spot, you wouldn't expect this place to have vegan options but they do and the food was good. My go to is the pancakes with the tofu scrabble.

Is the cheese vegan? - Edit
I have ordered the Vegan Gluten Free Veggie Stromboli. When it comes to taste, it is delicious, but something about the mozzarella cheese is off. The owner says he uses Daiya Mozzarella but it taste too much like regular cheese.....I am not sure if I am convinced!

possibly the most convincing "vegan" cheese ever? - Edit
i really want to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but something seems really off with the "vegan" cheese they are using. if the owner truly does support the vegan community, an ingredients list for their vegan meats and cheeses would go a long way toward building trust and repeat customers. i wonder if maybe the owner is confusing lactose free with vegan and is using some form of casein (milk protein) in his apparently top secret home-made vegan cheese recipe. i tried to ask him about this a number of times and i felt like i was being evaded. i'd say if you are lacto ovo vegetarian this place is rock solid. until they find a way to communicate more effectively to their vegan customers however, i'd stay clear away.

Pros: very inviting "looking" vegan menu, great old school italian philly vibe, possibly the most convincing "vegan" cheese ever?
Cons: not convinced the cheese is vegan., owner is somewhat cagey about vegan questions.

Liars... pizza cheese is NOT vegan - Edit
This place is trash! The owner comes off as very friendly and jovial, but he's a liar! For years he's served "vegan" pizza using dairy, lactose free cheese. Don't eat there.

I tried - Edit
I have tried on several occasions to give this place a chance since it's in my neighborhood but I have been kept down everytime. Not only do they only accept cash under 10 bucks, they as re expensive, no where to sit, and more importantly the food is just not good...smdh I have tired pizza, cheese steaks, crab cakes and its just not good. I honestly think they are one of the worst vegan pizza stores. They are friendly, and I do like the cookies and chocolate cake but that's about it. I rather drive to another neighborhood.

AMAZING PIZZA - MUST TRY FOR A VEGAN OR ANYONE - Edit
I went to Fino's sometime in late March of 2013, and I was very impressed! The staff were very nice and helpful, and I have never tasted better veg pizza in my life. I had the pesto pizza and I don't think there was Daiya cheese on it (Daiya is very unhealthy and about as bad as a Krispy Kreme donut). I felt to that visit that the only way to make good veg pizza is by using the very unhealthy Daiya cheese and I was proven wrong by Fino's. Would highly recommend to vegans and non-vegans (I was a non-vegan for most of my life and I would have loved that exact pizza before I became a vegan) - no question about it. Unfortunately, for people who want to dine in, they are mostly a take-out place. This shouldn't stop you from trying their very delicious pizza. Just pointing out that I have been to about 5-10 pizza places that serve veg pizza in my life and this one is my favorite of all of them.

Delicious Vegan, Gluten-Free Pizza! - Edit
My (vegan) girlfriend just discovered she's got a gluten allergy and was very disappointed she wouldn't be able to enjoy pizza any more. We found Fino's last night and, while it's a bit of a hike to get there, the ability to get gluten-free vegan pizza was totally worth it. The gluten-free dough was only available in the small (10", personal pizza) size so we got 2, and both were delicious! Needless to say, they've already been added to my phone and we'll be making the trip out to pick up Fino's (they're take-out and delivery only) regularly from now on.

Cons: no on-site seating, far from center city
