Lovely food, great wee spot! - Edit
Popped in here on a visit to Athlone for breakfast and coffee, had the porridge made with oat milk, berry compote and nuts - really nice. Actually popped back again later for lunch then as the option's looked nice and had a delicious Buddha bowl. Would definitely recommend - it's quite small though, so it might be full, we were happy to wait for a table as the food looked nice! ☺️

Tofu Sandwich was good but the place was dirty - Edit
I tried the tofu sandwich and it was good. However, vegan and gluten free options are limitated. Tables and soda cans were dirty.

Good service but the tables were dirty. The food was decent but it was brought out on a dirty tray. On top of that, we ordered two fizzy drinks and the tops of the cans were filthy. I hate to be that person but it was really difficult to ignore how dirty everything was, shocking really.

I’m sorry that you had a bad experience, but I feel it’s important for me to say that I eat in FINE multiple times a week and I’ve never had this experience. I’m not saying that this didn’t happen, but would hate for someone to read this (and the other negative review left on the same day) and not visit FINE.

As I said I’ve been eating here multiple times a week over the past year and a half and it’s always been fantastic. I’m genuinely sorry that you didn’t get that experience when you visited but I hope it doesn’t deter people from

They veganised a cheese toast for me. it was delicious! Cappuccino and hot cocoa with plant milk both amazing, hot cocoa with coconut milk sooo creamy!!! Also ordered the tofu bahn mi, superb. The staff is super friendly!!! Highly recommended!

Truly the best cafe I’ve ever been to. Sublime coffee; warm, welcoming and friendly service; beautiful décor; cosy atmosphere and absolutely delicious vegan options. My fave is the tofu bánh mì. The granola breakfast is delicious too. Other dishes I love include the sausage sandwich, ‘meat’ ball sub and the Buddha bowl. They also offer vegan sweet treats including ginger cake and raspberry sponge cake. They have a range of vegan m1lks from potato to oat!
