Cafe within museum - Edit
This cafe is located inside the film museum. They do offer a small selection of pastries, including vegan pastries, plus coffee with plant milk. None of their savory items are vegan, at least not when I visited. This is not a place to go out of your way for, but if you are in the museum, you might peek in.
