Has a vegetarian section on the menu with seven items that can be easily made vegan. Rice and beans are made without animal products. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-9:30pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

Great options if you're between Minneapolis and Fargo

While traveling through town, I called on a whim since there weren't any other obvious vegan options in the area. The staff knew immediately that the vegetarian section on the menu was--in fact--vegetarian. (You probably know the pain of calling and asking some confused host about what's in the beans and rice.) We had bean burritos, chimichangas, and enchiladas they were happy to make vegan. Service was great and everything tasted good. While I'd prefer some vegan protein, it's a rough region to find anything in and this was a pretty decent option.

Pros: Knowledgeable staff, Easy to identify vegan-able menu items, Chimichangas

Cons: They still serve meat, Would love tempeh, lentils, or tofu
