Same old story - Edit
This is apparently a new location for this restaurant (Dixie Hwy). The vegan options were very limited. One vegan wrap and two vegan soups. I asked specifically for vegan items, they offered no separate menu, no plant based substitutes, but suggested they could make any of their wraps and salads vegan by removing the meat and dairy. I should add they were very pleasant and the Falafel wrap and split pea soup were good. However due to their limited menu there is no reason to return unless I specifically wanted these items.

Would definitely recommend! - Edit
Went to this place every morning while visiting grandparents in the area. They have a separate vegan menu that has even more options. The staff was super nice and helpful and the food was delicious. They also have vegan snacks/ juices/ cookies by the register and in the fridge to take for later! Yum!

Falafel wrap - Edit
We got a variety of things. The falafel wrap was amazing. We also got the vegan chili and vegan patty melt that was a daily special. Our kids are picky eaters and they loved their food here. Prices were reasonable in my opinion compared to some.

Expensive but ok option - Edit
I like to go here for smoothies and juices. They aren't organic, but they do have coconut and almond milk and vegan protein. Quality varies of the smoothies. I'm not sure if they measure the quantity of the fruits they use.
Read more*Update 7/22/13. They do have organic juices now. A 16oz organic juice cost a whopping $9 and change, without tax, but it was delicious. Not sure I can justify the $10 juice in the future.
The bad news, the "larger" 12oz soup cannot be 12oz in store (pretty sure I'm always served 8 oz). I would need 3 soups and a smoothie for one lunch. Even if it is the correct size, it's very small for the $4.95 price tag ($3.50 soup at Mother Earth for the same size, a larger 16oz soup is $4.99 at the vegan cafe). Other than price and serving size, soups are tasty and vegan. Wish the veggie chili had a little kick (spice); it's very mild.
There aren't any expressly vegan options on the menu anymore, but you can ask for tofu substitutions and no cheese and substitute the salad dressings. No tempeh, no hummus, no vegan cheese. No longer has "meatless Monday" specials at this location. Avocado is $1.95 extra. You can build your own salad, or make one wrap or sandwich vegan. Not great options.
Most days they are out of vegan desserts but they do have non-organic kale chips.

Pros: It's on Clematis, Cucumber infused water, Smoothies and juices
Cons: Overpriced soup, No expressly vegan options, Rarely has vegan desserts
