Never Going Back - Not Vegan! - Edit
My other half wanted to take me to Fego as there seemed to be loads of options for me. Turns out they only had 1 option and even that had to be altered to be vegan! I am vegan and gluten intolerant (although I don’t mind a bit of gluten here and there). Their gluten free bread is not vegan so that wiped out most “vegan” options for me as it was, but the worst thing about it is that anything that needs to be cooked is cooked on the same grill as the meat, that’s why it’s called a “plant based” menu and not a “vegan” menu - It’s not actually vegan! The only option for me was the “Fego Superfood” and even that has honey in it that I asked them to leave out. The dish was okay but I could make a better one myself, especially seeing as they had no vegan dressings to go with it! Never going back.
