Nice space with Vegan Options - Edit
1st time here. Location is upstairs from Target. Big space. Table service. Dine in. Bar available. Some options are labeled vegan. Other options, although they say they can accommodate, they were not when we asked. Seasonal hummus is Vegan as is. Serving size was enough to share and delicious. We had there artisanal plain pizza and was “disturbed” by how inconsistently it was sliced. Every slice, on two different pies, was a different size. The pizza was vegetarian, not vegan. We had their vegan tacos. Three come on the plate. They don’t look like much but we’re very tasty and I would love to get them again.

Lots of substitutions? - Edit
I think we all know that we can get pizza without the cheese - that’s hardly a vegan option. By the time you remove all the meat and dairy, there’s not much left. I’ve had submissions to Happy Cow denied that have had more vegan options.
Read moreThe vegan options on the menu are hummus, seitan tacos and house salad.

Hardly any vegan options - Edit
The food is good and the staff are friendly, so this is not a criticism of those two things. Despite the Happy Cow sticker that was placed on the front door, there are only two vegan options listed: A salad and a veggie burger without a bun and cheese. They are also priced at $10 & $13.50 respectively, so it's not exactly cheap.
Read moreAt the very least, there should be a proper vegan bun as the "lettuce wrap" isn't really a substitute.
