App to the rescue - Edit
I had a layover in Rome airport with some time to kill for food and I thought of opening the happy cow app and see if anything is around. I’m happy I did because this cafe was right next to my gate and they had quite a few vegan options. I tried their plain vegan croissant which tasted more like the Italian brioche

T1 & T2 - Edit
There are two Natoo at FCO, in T1 and in T2. Quite a few sweet & savoury vegan options & plant milks. I tried their sandwiches, passion fruit smoothie and salad bowls. Very yummy! Particularly the plant based chicken bowl

Inside departures - Edit
Cafè style chain located in Terminal 1 near gate A45. They have quite a few vegan options including poke (salad) bowls, sandwiches and wraps, cakes, snacks and smoothies. It's probably the place with the most variety inside Fiumicino airport.

Natoo at Gate A50 (T1) - Edit
Vegan food in the airport for airport prices.
Read moreI had the Last Mango smoothie with banana, orange, mango, and cinnamon, which was very disappointing. The "mango" came out a package and the cinnamon was finished. Still I had to pay full price.

For airport food, pretty good - Edit
This is located before security. in Terminal 3. They prominently feature some vegan items. I had an almond milk cappuccino and a vegan croissant, both were satisfactory. Next time, I will buy some more of their items for the plane, since I did not see many things to buy after passing through security.

T3 - Check-in area - Edit
At the time of my visit, they had three vegan cookies, a carrot cake, a plain croissant and a carrot croissant. Both the carrot croissant and cake were nice but not filling. Soy cappuccino was good.

Vegan croissants and smoothies - Edit
There were 2 varieties of vegan croissants, clearly labeled, as well as 3 plant milk varieties and two risotto bowls in the fridge. 6€ for the breakfast combo: coffee croissant orange juice. The turmeric croissant was tasty but not very filling. There is also limited seating and a few stand-up tables.

Vegan croissants - Edit
Be mindful there are 3 Natoos at FCO Airport. I went to the one outside gate A48 so can't comment on the others. They had 3 vegan croissants including blackberry, plain and Turmeric. All clearly labelled. Also has alternative plant milks available including oat (avena), however they were sold out of soy. Blackberry croissant and oat latte were nice. Good place for a snack on an outgoing flight.

Sad Food - Edit
Located in airport. I created and ordered my personal poke bowl, but food was not so good (expecially tofu). My personal opinion is that quality needs to be improved.
