Check vegan status when you order. Do go though.

I went to Happy Cow afterwards to do my review and saw the milk issue mentioned. I messaged the business and the guy said that they don’t use milk in the buns anymore.

I queried the kimchi to see if it has fish sauce in it (the fresh stuff I buy doesn’t) and he said yes, and if I want the vegan bao buns vegan, then I should ask when I go there (too late).

I 100% recommend the bao buns, just get it all confirmed. I will upload a photo.

Pros: Great mushroom bao buns. , Good price.

Not Vegan!

The "vegan" bao has milk powder in it. The vegetable dumplings have oyster sauce. Avoid this place! They mislabel vegan on the menu.

Cons: Items listed as vegan are not vegan.
