Good, cheap; Georgetown location better - Edit
Solid mall falafel. Sauces are delicious, fries are too. Would add hummus and pickles to falafel. Georgetown location is better

This place is not all vegetarian anymore - they serve meat - Edit
We used to love this place as it was all vegetarian. The fries are yummy. We went here today and found out that this place is no longer all vegetarian anymore. They serve chicken as well.

Good food -- wish they could be more clear on what is and isn't vegan - Edit
All vegetarian place where some sauces are not vegan. Their website does a good job differentiating the vegan sauces from those that aren't vegan, as another Happy Cow review notes. When ordering and asking for a vegan falafel sandwich, I didn't feel confident they understood the distinction in ensuring it was vegan. Next time will order with no sauce.

The shawarma sandwich and fries were really good. I wish they had a bigger location and more employees

Delicious meal - Edit
Got the shawarma sandwich and the falafel bowl with hummus. Both were outstanding but I definitely recommend the shawarma sandwich! Also surprisingly affordable.
Read moreHowever, after I asked the cashier to make sure my falafel bowl was made vegan he assured me EVERYTHING they served was vegan (this is untrue according to the website). The menu right on their counter says the falafel white sauce is mayo based and online some of the sauces just have a v and some say vegan (I’ll attach a photo of this). I made sure to only add the garlic, mazbout, and red sauces since they are labeled vegan on the website. Not sure if the cashier was straight up lying to me, was unaware that some items weren’t vegan, or if that particular location only serves vegan stuff somehow so be careful when ordering.
Edit: I looked at photos from the Georgetown location and sure enough on their menu in store the 3 sauces I mentioned are clearly labeled vegan while the other 3 options are not. So if you’re vegan don’t listen to the cashier and avoid the invisible, habibi, and white sauces!

They have falafel and completely vegan shawarma. This company also sends money to help refugees. Plus it’s cheap and amazing.
