AMO este falafel! - Edit
Pun intended, haha. In all seriousness though, this is certainly a safe bet if you are in the area and keen to eat some Middle Eastern food. I've visited Amo maybe half a dozen times, so by now I must have tried all of their vegan options. Sadly they're not marked, but out of 8 item I think 5 or 6 are vegan. Come to think of it, as I have a bad habit of not writing down what I eat I guess I might still be missing some dish. Oh well.
Read moreThe portions are cheap (70 or 85 sek) and fairly generous, three dishes for two will do if you're hungry. The vibe is all right, with music a little too loud for my taste, but not louder than at hipster places.
Minus point for having the bread in plastic bags, and the baba ganoush not being vegan.. yet.

Amazing falafel and hummus - Edit
It is definitely worth the trip from Stockholm to Falafel Amo, they claim it is the best falafel in Sweden and I think they might be on to something, the falafel was fresh and crispy, not dry, and the hummus was great as well!

True - Edit
Best way I could think of to describe this place. They don’t try to be anything else than just good and authentic middle eastern food. The falafel and hummus is great and the people is super friendly. We go all the time and we don’t even live anywhere near this place. It helps that Rågsved in general is a cool place to visit. There is better falafel to be had in Stockholm, but none as true!

Really good falafel and friendly owners - Edit
Delicious crispy falafel and great hummus for a reasonable price. The pickled veggies were quite heavy on vinegar. The flatbread tasted really fresh.

Pros: Meat-free, everything can be made vegan, Friendly owners , Tastes good!
