Decent options

Several vegan options at breakfast here. Wouldn’t stay here just for the breakfast, but if you have a late flight, it’s a decent included breakfast.

Limited but tasty options

They didn’t have the falafel tacos that I originally came here for, but the falafel dish they offered was delicious. I left full and happy after a long, foodless flight.

Pros: Taste, Freshness

Cons: Limited vegan options

Lovely stay

We stayed here after we flew Into San Jose. The hotel was very nice and pretty quiet. For breakfast we weren't sure how it would go for us since most Fairfields in the USA only have fruit and oatmeal for vegans, sometimes not even that much. This hotel was great! The staff told us everything that was vegan and offered to make is vegan oatmeal (was made with regular milk) and vegan baby potatoes (had cheese on them). There was lots of fresh fruit, rice and beans and breads. We had some potatoes with everything else and it was delicious. We have never been treated so nicely at a Fairfield.
