Upscale vegan restaurant offering a five or seven course tasting menu. Menu is seasonal and is made with locally sourced ingredients when available. Seatings are at 6:00pm or 8:30pm and are by reservation only. Current tasting menus are posted online. Open Wed-Sun 6:00pm-11:00pm.

Even though it's a tasting menu, it's incredibly filling and absolutely worth it. The variety and quality of the dishes make it a must-try spot. Fabrik is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a unique and unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend!

Each dish was amazing, delicious and meticulously prepared by Chef Je. You can feel her love of plant based cuisine in every single bite. The chef's attention to flavor and detail was spot on and I would put her up against any of the world's top chefs. *Dessert picture is from a different restaurant, oops. The 7-course meal was incredible! Every dish was filled with delicious tastes and varied textures. And the service was wonderful and the atmosphere intimate in the best way, like a cozy NYC spot. The co-owner is also the chef and very friendly. Great to have a fine dining vegan place in town. It’s spendy ($85 for the 7-course) but very well worth it for a special occasion.

There’s no denying that the chef has made plants the star of the show. It’s a week later and I loved it all so much I can’t stop thinking about it. Each dish was different from, and as good as, the one that came before.

The food was fantastic and they made us feel special. It was my gf's birthday and they added gave us a free drink and even brought out the final dessert with a candle to help us celebrate.

This is hands down one of the best meals of my life. I went to celebrate my birthday and it was so perfect! Very happy they have a nice selection of non alcoholic wines! I don't want to mention anything specifically since they do seasonal tasting menus but if the other seasons are like this menu was , I'm excited to go again for another season!

This is the best fine dining I've experienced, having tried places all along the west coast for the past 30 years.. The server was really kind and professional. He explained both the food courses and wine pairings in a careful / detailed but also easy to understand way. Such a welcoming and comfortable space, although I felt underdressed.. next time would get dressed up! Perfect date place! And wow the food!! It is not overrated like some high end places. Everything actually tastes really, really good! Amazing flavors in every bite. Seriously delicious.

The food is perfection, the staff is knowledgeable and kind (I had to ask what something meant often because their creations are clearly culinary works of art).

Really exciting to have this kind of vegan dining experience in Austin. Everything was so thoughtfully planned. Each dish was absolutely wonderful. Atmosphere was great, chef/owners/staff all wonderful. We did the 7-course tasting menu - it may look like very small bites but it’s very satisfying and you won’t leave hungry. Couldn’t decided which dish we liked best, they were all fantastic! Can’t wait to see what’s on the menu next. Highly recommend!
