Disappointing - Edit
Lovely place , great vibe but the vegan options are confusing and disappointing . My waiter told me that vegan cheese was used on the beans on toast and pointed to the tiny v on the menu to verify this . When ordering I double checked and was told the cheese was vegetarian . There was one option the vegan breakfast but as I didn’t want to eat so much looked for something smaller . Was told I could have veggie options with eggs and cheese removed and possibly an extra slice of toast to make up for it. I ended up buying a coffee ( which was lovely) but expected more for vegans from a cafe in the Northern Quarter . A few tiny tweaks to the menu wouldn’t be hard and would have kept me happy !

One vegan breakfast with only vegetables - Edit
I came here with an omni friend and I got their vegan breakfast. Honestly it was only vegetables and they priced it at 13£. I will not coming back unfortunately.

Decent breakfast - Edit
This was a decent breakfast with mushrooms, tomato, avocado, hummus, beans and broccoli. Very veg forward, I would have liked something like a tofu scramble with it or some kind of tempeh. The banana loaf was lovely though!

Nice and warm porridge for a quick breakfast - Edit
The place opens early and offers savoury and sweet breakfasts and quick lunch. Portions are pretty big. Not the best porridge I've ever had but the taste was on point

Expensive, barely any vegan options… Go anywhere else! - Edit
The staff are friendly, however the food is pretty expensive for mediocrity. I would never go back to be honest.

Great for breakfast - Edit
Really enjoyed the breakfast here. Recommend showing up early as it's very popular and people have to queue up.

Good food - Edit
The coffee was incredibly good and the food was tasty and nicely presented. The location itself was very overcrowded, loud and hectic.

Nice atmosphere for a Sunday brunch - Edit
They have limited options of vegan food in the menu but the vegan English breakfast was a nice treat. They had only one vegan brownie which was with Pecan nuts and we loved it. We visited the place on Manchester Pride Weekend so the ambiance was excellent. The drag performance and the pride flags on every corner was a nice touch, creating the festive vibes on that pride Sunday.

Great chai latte!!! - Edit
My friend and I sat down at Ezra&Gil during our visit to Manchester, and I was surprised by the many vegan option on the menu. The chai latte with oatmilk was so good that I ordered a second one. Interior has a cool industrial design.

Gets busy but great food and coffee - Edit
You can very quickly find yourself queuing or milling around for a table but the food is great and also has a little organic veg section if you need anything for home. Really cute place.
