Pauvre en options véganes. - Edit
En Belgique, je constate à chaque visite que très peu, si pas aucun, effort est fait pour étayer le choix végane. À part les laits végétaux et du pudding de chia...

Fine food - Edit
Few vegan options. Vegetarians have a better choice. Had an oatmeal with some fruit and a nice cup of tea.

Convenient, but not exciting food - Edit
Glad to be able to grab a coffee and a vegan meal to take with me before taking a bus journey: fast service, bowls already made to choose from. Otherwise would not pick here to eat. Food was bland, but it held me over until lunch

OKish - Edit
Has some vegan options and it's fast and convenient. Was only to this location once for a fast meal between meeting.. and well, it did the job. I think it's a tad worse than chains in other countries like Pret-à-Manger in the UK and the US, but yeah, does the job.

the worst exki - Edit
I don't hate exki but this one is really a mess. Constantly packed and stressful. If you are really curious about their food (...why?), just try another exki.

Not many vegan options but you can sort yourself out with something. As people mentioned it’s a chain.

Quick and cheap vegan options - Edit
Exki is a chain cafe that has a few vegan sandwiches and soups which change seasonally, as well as salads, summer rolls and some main courses. They do hot food, but there's rarely a vegan option. The food is pretty plain, but it's very convenient and not expensive. I really hate the taste of their coffee, so I avoid it, but they do have non-dairy milks. They always have WiFi and plugs.

Not great. - Edit
It's like a school canteen. The layout is confusing and it was hard to actually tell which was the vegan option. It looked nice enough but I'll pass.

Few vegan options - Edit
Part of chain.
Read moreWe didn't find any vegan sandwiches. Asked, and it was said that the menu/offer will change at the end of March and there will be more vegan options then.
There were some vegan labelled salads. And a vegan labelled oven dish.
Spacious terrace in front. Looking at the Bourse.

They have so many veggie/vegan options. Also good selection of meat options (say if you're with non veggie friends?)

Mehh.. - Edit
I've found Brussels not to be too vegan friendly for a big city. So I ended up going to EXKi a couple times. Each time was disappointing. Both soups I had (tomato and Indian carrot) were very watery and flavourless. It almost seemed like someone had taken a normal soup and deluded it with a ton of water, salt, and starch. I also tried a hummus sandwich; how do you mess that up, right? Fennel! It tasted like licorice. Roasted carrot salad with hummus also tasted like it had fennel but it wasn't that bad. Overall I would say the food sucks. I have it 3 stars because it's super convenient, everything is marked clearly vegan or vegetarian, and it's open later than most places.

Very Few Vegan Options - Edit
Since Bruxelles does not have that many vegan or vegetarian places, you might get the impression EXKi is your only choice, especially since there are so many shops of this franchise to be found, but every visit has been a disappointment so far for us. There are very few vegan options and the vegan options they have are pretty boring.

Cons: Very Few Vegan Options, Borign Vegan Options
