Soggy eggs benny - Edit
Update: I went back a week later. I'm pretty sure they gave me the non-vegan Western omelette, but the waitress insisted it was vegan. Just be careful out there.

I like that there's a separate vegan menu but it doesn't seem like much thought or care went into the items. I got a vegan Florentine eggs Benedict and it tasted like a frozen spinach puck was microwaved and squished down on half an English muffin, making it soggy and wet and gross. I would expect a bit more from a restaurant that boasts a separate menu from a vegan chef, especially at that price point. I went to the Barrie location once and enjoyed a western omelette, maybe it depends on the item.

Brunch at Evviva - Edit
We liked the decor and the variety of vegan and non-vegan choices on the menu. However, the vegan dishes were very disappointing. We tried the vegan smoked salmon eggs benny, the vegan chicken and waffles, and the vegan breakfast sandwich. We would not recommend any of them, especially the chicken and waffles which included 4 small pieces of Gardein chicken skewered on top of a dry waffle.

Delicious! - Edit
The French toast was delicious! Really attentive service as well. They have a full vegan breakfast menu as well as non-veg options and a helpful disclaimer on the menu about their degree of cross contamination.

AMAZING - Edit
Absolutely wonderful food and drink! Their fresh squeezed orange juice is to die for. I had the vegan eggs benedict with a side of vegan french toast. The sunny side up egg was pretty good, and I enjoyed the french toast very much. There’s an entire vegan menu long enough to last you several visits.

Upscale diner with vegan menu - Edit
Had a wonderful breakfast while visiting Toronto. The omelets are great and the Benedicts are amazing with their house made vegan poached “eggs “. Alcoholic drinks are also available. Service was excellent and the location is beautiful.
