This is a newer food truck and food vendor to the area. They are normally parked at 3 sheeps but can be found at Vollrath bowl on Mondays in the summer and other events.

I recently had the carribean double...a vegan flavorful dinner of veggies chickpeas mango chutney cilantro on 2 fluffy fry bread (which they use a seperate fryer for...away from the meat). It is such a tasty, colorful and unique offering.
They also have grain bowls, cold pressed juices and salads that are vegetarian but can also be adjusted to be vegan.
Pros: Delicious, Unique, Colorful food
