I tried their vegan spinach masala which honestly just tasted like water and spinach. No flavor whatsoever, and I even had the spicy spice mix Additionally, there were flies everywhere inside the small booth - also in the food. However, half of their menu was meat-free so that was good to see.

We got the vegan chowmein and we were both unsure it it was actually vegan. But the food tasted great and the mo mo's where good too! The owner was really nice and ensured us that even though the "meat" in the Momo's looked and tastes like meat it was 100% made of soy!

Is it really vegan? - Edit
The food was fine thats why i rated it 3 stars, though i have my suspicions about their chowmein. I think they might have used ghee for the dish. The dumplings was really good and had a very nice indian dipping.

The food stand has three vegan dishes and multiple vegetarian dishes. I had the vegan Spinach Masala, which was very tasty. All veg options are clearly marked on their menu.
