Serves meat, vegan options available. Sells chimneys, a bread-like baked Hungarian pastry named after their hollow, cylindrical shape and come in cakes & cones. The pastry has crunch on the outside and a fluffy dough on the inside. The vegan options include a chimney cone filled with a soy-based soft-serve vanilla ice cream plus chimney hotdog, and a few kinds of cakes. Open Mon-Fri 10:00am-9:00pm, Sat 9:30am-9:00pm, Sun 11:00am-7:00pm.

I've been wanting to try Eva's for a while but I never come to the mall. Today I had the chance and I was so pleased with all the vegan options. My chimney was delicious. I might just have to come to the mall more often.
