Wonderful place, definitely the best vegan croissant and cakes in Istanbul. Highly recommended to every plant-based soul. Croissant Gianduia the best of the best.

High Class Bakery in Istanbul - Edit
It’s worth the trip with the taxi, I would come here again every time I come to Istanbul, it looks and tasted like it’s made for the Queen , if I can give 10 stars I would, why can’t we have something like this in Belgium, Amaaazing and its not only pastry you can order breakfast or lunch there is a menu
Read morePros: For Vegan it’s not expensive, Worth of a Queen , Breakfast & Lunch on the menu to order

Best desserts in istanbul! - Edit
I ordered tiramisu, flan and a macaron. It was all yum but i don't think flan worth the price. Tiramisu has the amazing soft tasty cream. Macaron is full of pistachio flavour 🤤

Top vegan patisserie - Edit
Tiramisu, flan and 70% chocolate cakes are my favourites. Croissants are really good. Macarons are bit too sweet and missing almond taste. I love the Carrot cake too.

Amazing for Istanbul - Edit
Very surprised to find a place like this in Istanbul. Bright & modern area with a big selection of desserts, croissants, macarons, cake, bread etc. The croissants were delicious, the desserts we tried were mostly good, although not uniformly so, however the "70%" cake was very good. Only slight negative is that hardly any item was labelled with prices, even though the prices were reasonable enough.

I loved everything about this place, even though its on the other side of the city ive been there frequently, ofcourse you can order online too. They have very high quality products including sour dough breads, focaccia, many different croissants, chocolates, macarons, and cakes and pastries and desserts. They also offer exciting herbal tea mixes. They recycle.

Awesome French patisserie - Edit
Great selection French pastries, sweets, cakes, chocolates, macarons and bread. We tried the tiramisu, opera and berry white which were all amazing, particularly the tiramisu. This place is as good as vegan patisseries in Paris, definitely worth the trip!! We bought 5 sweets/cakes and two lattes which came to about 400 TRY

Went for sunday breakfast. Tried the plain croissant and decadent and both were amazing. My partner tried focaccia and tiramisu. He loved the focaccia but was not a fan of the tiramisu. Definitely will go again.

Hard to find & easy to enjoy - Edit
Today we finally visited Ethique and ordered dekadent, raffaello and 2 ice lattes with almond and soy milk. Later came the croissant. All were delicious, desserts will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth. We also wanted to taste some of that good looking focaccia but they were out. Learned from the owner that they are planning to add even more items to the menu in the upcoming months; delightful news. The staff are all very lovely and involved. Nice little place but it’s certainly off the beaten path, literally. If you’re a tourist, it may be a little hard to get there, but definitely would worth it!
