2024 Update - Edit
They got rid of the tofu banh mi and maybe a few other vegan options but there are several vegetarian pizzas that can be made vegan with vegan mozz, sausage, and pepperoni. I got the rift, modified to be made vegan and it was pretty great!
Read moreThere's also a house salad that happens to be vegan and it's a generous portion, and probably better than average, but the real star of the show was the pizza, and all the Phish references around the bar. Great beer selection too.

Tofu Bahn Mi is UNREAL - Edit
I got the tofu bahn mi sandwich and it was incredible! Fresh veggies, a wonderful vegan sauce, and perfectly soft bread. HIGHLY recommend. Fantastic service on top of it all!

Found Ester's here on Happy Cow! Glad we made the trip from Cherry Creek State Park to check it out. We got two pizza's. They DO HAVE vegan cheese. They use Daiya. AND they now have Beyond Vegan Spicy Sausage. We got one pizza with the vegan sausage and one with Blacken Tofu. To me the crust is what really makes the pizza and theirs was perfect. Some parts of it came up bubbly and burnt - and that is PERFECT! Not the super thick gummy crust so often found here in CO. Friendly, sports themed atmosphere. Great beer selection too!

I moved to Denver not long ago and I have been to this place 4 times already. I love their summer salad and their pizza. There is a veggie pizza. All you have to do is not get the cheese on it. Appetizers are great too. If you get the hummus you won’t be disappointed just ask with no cheese. The waiters/waitresses are very accommodating and nice about it. Note that they don’t have vegan cheese on their pizzas. Perfect pizza for vegetarians. Highly recommend this place. Also, their beer selection is awesome too.

PIZZA CRUST NOT VEGAN - Edit
I really like the restruant. The hummus plate was really good as an appetizer and the Kombucha Cranberry Lavender drink was delicious! However, I asked my waitress if their pizza crust was vegan because it wasn't specified on the menu. The crust is NOT vegan. so if you're wanting to indulge with some daya cheese vegan pizza, you won't be able to here...:( Sad day.
