Cozy - Edit
This place is absolutely breathtaking. Not just the insides, but maybe especially the garden outside, which is so green and has a small fountain.
Read moreThat said, I don't think this place should be on happycow though. On the website they say they have several vegan options (vegetalienne), but then the sandwiches marked as such contain cheese. I'm tired of misleading marking like that.
They have a vegan soup, but none of the sandwiches are vegan. The waitress said they could make the sandwiches vegan by taking away the cheese, but that's not a proper option.
Still, a beautiful place to go, and the soup was very tasty.
Great selection of beers, although they were not very cold (except the one draft beer they had).
Pros: Beautiful, Quiet, Great beer selection
Cons: One vegan option, Warm beer

Cosy, quiet, friendly - Edit
Estaminet is a small café tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The dishes are simple (soup, sandwiches) and the prices are on a sliding scale so you can choose to pay more or less (which is a lovely concept). The soup is always vegan and there are a couple of vegan sandwich options too. I’m looking forward to going again when I’m in the area. I would like to see a vegan cake or pastry on the menu. It also seemed to me that a couple of the cheese sandwiches were marked as vegan (which didn’t make sense) so just check with the staff which ones actually are vegan.

Cons: No or limited vegan dessert options , Non-vegan items marked as vegan

lovely! - Edit
Nested in the garden away from the noise and business of the street, the place is an adorable and cosy ancient café.
Read moreIt's not big (htey have about 6 tables and they're not large...), and they just offer a few snacks and sandwiches but if you have the opportunity to get a coffee or a sandrwich there don't miss it.😄
Pros: Cute
