You never know what they’ll have but it’s a super cute place and what they do have is delicious. We even got a baguette to go!

No vegan baked goods but plant milk and coffee available! - Edit
I would call ahead to see what was available! No vegan pastries when I went. They did have a vegan curry for lunch and fruit cups. I was disappointed by the lack of baked goods. The waitress did say they sometimes have vegan baked goods!

Esencia has steal cut oats for breakfast, often has a vegan lunch option such as a soup or a wrap. They also sometimes have vegan treats like cupcakes. It’s a fun place to people watch or relax with tea.
