Erling is a lovely place I would recommend you to check out if you're in Trondheim. The owner is so friendly and helpful, and the food is amazing for a lunch - either to stay in or to go. They have wraps and different plates, and the menu changes every now and then 😊

We have visited Erlings and were really positively shocked how good the food was. We have had texmex wrap and lunch menu, and you have to try their carrot cake! Yummy :)

Fantastic small place run by one man - Edit
Me and two friends went here for lunch and was positively surprised by the well made vegan meal. It was tasteful and more exciting than we first thought while reading through the menu. The menu has a wide variety of lunch and dinner options, so I can’t wait until we get back to try out more! Also, the restaurant is run by one man only, including the kitchen. It’s amazing!

The best vegan restaurant not only in Trondheim, but among the ones I’ve ever been to. Great quality of the ingredients, very well balanced in terms of carbs/proteins/oils, always feel so energized after it! Also the best vegan pizza in town.

Ein kleines, gut besuchtes Restaurant. Das Essen war unfassbar gut und die Tacopizza war die beste Pizza, die ich je gegessen habe. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich. Auch die Preise waren für Norwegens Verhältnisse in Ordnung. Einfach nur Klasse!

Amazing lunch platter - Edit
Went there for the first time and had the lunch platter. It was amazing! Fresh, tasty and a lot of different flavors. Staff was nice and the place is cosy. Also had the carrot cake which was fabulous.

Super flavourful food - Edit
The breakfast plate was full of varied tastes and fresh ingredients. I would highly recommend. Also the carrot cake was the best I’ve tasted in a very long time. Perfect with a coffee. Atmosphere was calm and the staff very friendly.
