Busy spot - Edit
I had the mushroom tartine with macadamia cream. It was really tasty. I had a smoothie also which was okay. Super busy spot with quite a few vegan options. Including some baked goods in the cabinet.

Great cafe - Edit
Great vibe here, amazing coffee and always great food. There’s been a recent menu change, still with plenty of vegan options including mushroom or avocado toast, turmeric crepe, crumpets, porridge, udon noodle bowl. The only downside is it can get quite busy and since they don’t take bookings there can be a wait for a table sometimes. Otherwise all round great place, highly recommend

Delicious food, limited dairy free alternative milks - Edit
We had breakfast at equium on Saturday and got the hash with a side of herbed mashed peas, hash comes with homemade cashew cream, a savoury type granola and a bit of a spicy slaw, it was absolutely delicious, gluten free and vegan. We also got the broccoli and spinach toastie that comes with a side of relish and it was also really amazing. The only plant milk options are the milk lab almond milk and soy milk. Would definitely go back and get these 2 meals again.

Amazing cafe! - Edit
We had the veggie hash with homemade cashew cheese and greens bowl with tempeh (both vegan) and they were sooooo good and filling as well as being very reasonably priced. The coffee with pallet cleaner was delicious too! We will definitely become regulars here

Vegan options marked on the menu, plus they will veganize dishes if you ask. Smoothies can be made on almond milk. Everything I’ve ordered here has been delicious!

The best place in newy! - Edit
An amazing cafe! Their chai is to die for and is made fresh by the vegan part owner. The coffee is unbelievable as well. She also makes fresh muffins everyday that are vegan and there is always usually another vegan treat in the case. The menu has soooo many vegan options but anything can be veganised. The layout of the cafe is so cool. It’s a long bench in the middle of the cafe but you can sit anywhere in the room giving it a very welcoming feeling. Less of a “us” “them” mentality and more of a welcoming open “we’re all in this together” vibe.
