Vegan Breakfast Options - Edit
This restaurant offers a few clearly labeled vegan options. My husband and I tried the Va Va Vegan Skillet and really enjoyed it. It was great to find a place with vegan breakfast choices, especially since options in the area are limited.

Epic Vegan Options - Edit
We went to Epic Egg (R) for brunch and tried two of the 4 vegan items on their menu: Vegan Scramble with an added roated jalapeño, and their Vegan Breakfast Burrito. Both were very goid and made using Just Egg (R). I liked the Vegan Burrito better with it's diced chiles and vegan sausage. It had more zing than the roasted jalapeño which wasn't spicy at all. Nonetheless, we both enjoyed both and appreciate having these vegan choices available in Cheyenne. We also asked if it would be possible to get a vegetarian Green Benedict, making it vegan substituting scrambled Just Egg for the eggs and omitting the hollandaise sauce, and we're told they could do that. We won't get the Go Green as the Quinoa cakes are made with egg. When our diet was vegetarian rather than vegan it was one of our favorites. Fortunately, there are enough other Vegan options we don't miss it. For a Vegan breakfast or brunch this is one of the best places to go in Cheyenne.

Delicious Breakfast Items - Edit
Epic Egg is the best place for vegan breakfast options. Their scrambler includes Just Eggs and a delicious ranchero sauce, and they’ve recently added French toast to the menu.

Very good! - Edit
I had the vegan breakfast burrito. It was delicious and filling. The red sauce over the top was a little spicy. It comes with a side of "breakfast greens" was a simple salad the mixed greens in a citrus vinaigrette, also very tasty. The restaurant was very busy and seemed very popular.

delicious, filling vegan options - Edit
Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. I had the Vegan Breakfast Burrito, which was huge and stuffed full of Just Egg and sausage and veggies. Since I was in town for a few more days, I came back and had the Va-Va Vegan and got the optional add-on of Just Egg. This was a very filling skillet with beans, mushrooms, potatoes, and peppers, with the Just Egg on top.
Read moreI'm always pleased when the vegan options are not just a salad or quinoa bowl or veggie burger. These were both very satisfying meals with plenty of calories and protein!
The restaurant was busy Saturday morning but we were still seated and served quickly, despite the line out the door. They were less busy on the weekday and service was just as good.
Pros: satisfying food kept me full, fast service

1st Visit - Edit
We're traveling from out of state, so stopped by for breakfast. Their menu listed vegan options. I also have to eat gluten free, and the menu clearly labeled options. When I asked about my vegan egg options, I was told that they were out of "Just Egg" to make any of the egg dishes. So she recommended the "Va-Va Vegan Skillet" instead. She swapped out the wheat toast for gluten free toast instead. The meal was delicious and filling. Even the non-vegans with me also really enjoyed their meal. Overall, I was disappointed that they didn't have "Just Egg" in stock for the meals. But I was satisfied with my alternative skillet option.
